Your team eats
what you buy.

Loads of people are really on top of their food now. Watching their protein, keeping the sugar down, sorting their own lunches out. Of course you want to support that. Everyone is better off when people feel good at work. The only hard bit is finding something worth putting in the kitchen.

What we made

So we made something that belongs in the kitchen.

Order the sample box

Chicken and salt, 44g of protein in a 60g bag, no sugar, and an ingredients list you don't have to look up.

If someone has skipped lunch, a bag will hold them until dinner. If they have brought a salad in, half a bag on top turns it into a proper meal. And when the afternoon goes flat, it is there and it is the right thing to reach for.

Most people get into them. About one in eight won't, and that is fine. We would rather tell you that now than have you find out from the box.

39%

of workers say they would come into the office more often if the snacks on offer were healthier.

From a survey of 1,003 British workers in August 2025, commissioned by an office catering company and published on its own blog. Indicative rather than authoritative. Read the study.

Two ingredients

Chicken. Sea salt.

Air-dried slowly at low temperature until it goes crisp. No frying, no oil, no coating, nothing on the label you would need to look up.

High proteinZero sugarNo fridge needed

One 60g bag holds more protein than a chicken breast.

44g a bag. A typical cooked breast is about 122g, or 39g of protein. Drying takes the water out and leaves the meat behind.

Or talk to us

Usually a reply the same working day.

We need a name for the label.
That address doesn't look right.
Which company are we coming to?
So we can text you when we're at the door. We need a number for the delivery.
It sets the size of the first drop, nothing else. Pick the closest range.
Include the floor or buzzer if there is one. We can't deliver without an address.
We read these. If there is a way to make the box yours, we will.

We use this to send one box and to talk to you about it. Nothing else, no list, unsubscribe in one click.

The terms

A rolling monthly contract. Change the size, pause it or end it before the month is out and the next one does not go.

Yours to shape

Choose all barbeque, all sea salt, or whatever ratio your office settles into. Swap in the larger 150g bags. Add a few pemmican bars for whoever turns out to be curious.

Tell us what people are actually reaching for and we will build the delivery around it.

None of that needs deciding yet. Get the free box, see who goes back for a second one, and we will work the rest out from there.

Our mission is to fix human health.

Rasmus, who started The Pemmican Project

Obesity, heart disease, diabetes, all climbing for fifty years, and all of it starting around the time food stopped being food. I do not think anyone chooses that. The bad options simply outnumber the good ones everywhere you go, and the clean ones cost a fortune.

In Roman times bread carried a stamp to certify the baker had not padded it out with sawdust. Read the label on an airport sandwich and tell me what has changed.

So we make the cleanest food we can, and sell it for as little as we can get away with while still keeping the lights on. Chicken and salt. Beef, fat and salt. No exceptions, ever.

Real food made affordable.

Real food shouldn't cost more than the processed stuff that's making people sick. We make clean, animal-based food at half the price of alternatives.

Knowledge made free.

Nutrition plans, training programmes, and everything we know about health. The stuff that usually costs hundreds of pounds. All of it, free. Because it's knowledge everyone should have.

There's pemmican at the bottom of the box

Want something completely wild? Try pemmican.

Dried beef, beef fat, salt. It doesn't need a fridge and it doesn't go off.

Plains nations lived on it for months at a time. A hundred years ago the crews who walked across Antarctica hauled it on their sledges and came home saying it was the thing that kept them alive. It's the reason this company is called what it's called, and it's still the strangest thing we make.

Most people won't love the first bite.

Let us know if you're feeling adventurous. We can add a couple for you to experience it.

The things people ask.

If the answer you want isn't here, message us and you'll get a straight one.

What does it actually cost?

20 bags a week at £3.99 a bag, so just under £80. Most people who get into them have two or three a week, so a delivery covers seven to ten regulars rather than the whole office.

Is that cheaper than what we're buying now?

If you're comparing it to a multipack of crisps then no. The thing this replaces is the protein bar at £2.90, the jerky at £3.75 or the shake. Against those it's good value, because you're getting 44g of protein instead of 20 and there's nothing added to our bags (no sugar, no additives).

A typical office is already spending around a fiver a head a week on the kitchen, so this tends to fit inside the budget rather than sit on top of it.

Are people actually going to eat them?

Most will. About one in eight won't, and that's ok.

Is the chicken halal?

Yes, our chicken is halal.

What about allergens?

The sea salt flavour contains only chicken and salt.

What's in the BBQ one?

Chicken, plus a spice mix we make ourselves here. Smoked salt, smoked paprika, paprika, garlic powder, amd onion granules. We make our own because we couldn't find one to buy that didn't have something in it we didn't want.

The sea salt bags are just chicken and sea salt.

How long do they keep?

Six months. You'll never get a delivery with less than three months left on it, and if anything is getting close we'll swap it out.

Half our office is at home on any given day.

It isn't sized on headcount anyway. A box covers the people who actually get into them, not everyone with a desk. Give it a fortnight and we'll know your number, then we set the delivery to match.

Are we tied in?

It is a rolling monthly contract, so you are committed to the month you are in and nothing beyond it. Tell us before the month is out and the next one does not go. No minimum term, no notice period, no phone call to sit through.
